Only two of Beacons long distance swimmers took part in this event as there are so few meets with these distances provided. The meet was of a very high standard with very few Sussex swimmers competing.
Well done to Jo C for gaining 4th and Ben K gaining a PB and 6th place. Especially commendable as both were carrying injuries.
Thank you to Andy for attending with so few swimmers [& Di for Officiating], the support was much appreciated as the atmosphere is very strange during long distance events.
